Affiliate Terms

E-commerce Affiliate Program Agreement

1. Commission Structure 

• Commission Rate: You will earn 20% on the sale price of the Flight Deck products.

• Attribution Model: We operate on a First-Click basis.  If a lead clicks two different affiliate links, the first link clicked gets the commission.

2. Payout Policy

• Schedule: Payments are processed on the last day of the month for commission earned during the previous month.  (Ex. On April 30, you will receive payment for commissions earned in March.)

• Method: All payouts are made via PayPal.  It is your responsibility to keep  your payment information updated in the Slice WP dashboard.

 3. Ethical Disclosure (FTC Compliance)

Whenever you share an affiliate link, you must clearly disclose your relationship with us.  Use phrases like: ” I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link.” This is a legal requirement.

 4. Promotion Rules & Restrictions

    To ensure our brand is represented accurately, all affiliates must:

• Creative Assets: Use only the banners, logos, and product images provided in the Affiliate Dashboard. You may not alter our brand assets without written consent.

• Social Media: When posting on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube, you must use hashtags such as #ad, #sponsored, or #affiliate to comply with FTC regulations.

    Prohibited marketing practices:

• PPC & Search Bidding: You may not bid on our brand name (e.g., “Flight Deck Putting”) or any variations/misspellings in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or Social Media Ads.

• Impersonation: You may not create social media accounts that appear to be the “Official” brand page.

• Self-Buying: You will not receive commissions for orders placed using your own affiliate link.

4. Returns & Order Cancellations

    Our policy is as follows:

• Returns: If a customer returns a product for a refund or if a credit card chargeback is issued, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your balance.

5. Product Reviews & Integrity

If you write a product review, it must be based on actual experience. You may not make false or exaggerated claims about product results that could lead to regulatory issues for our brand.

6. Termination

  Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.
